My mom has been seeing Dr Evelyn for a few years now. She likes her a lot but the office staff is horrible. They sent my mom to go get a blood test done 6 months ago and put the wrong diagnostic code so my mom has been receiving bills from lab corp. She is a Medicare patient and is on fixed income so she cannot afford to pay the bill that was almost $500. My mom has told the office multiple times to call and get it fixed. The people at the front desk are very unprofessional. I call in to follow up on my back to work paperwork and its been 8 days. I came into the office today and have been waiting for 4 hours. They went to lunch from 12-2pm knowing i'm here waiting. The manager is very very rude. I was super respectful and patient. I have never written a review but this really got me. Dr. Evelyn may be a good physician, but the front desk staff completely undermine this practice. Calls go unanswered for days or weeks, referrals and authorizations are routinely ignored, and follow-ups are required just to get basic administrative tasks acknowledged—if they are handled at all. Had a great visit! Dr. Evelyn and Dr. Samir Azzam were kind, attentive, and clear in their explanations. The staff was friendly, and I felt well cared for. Highly recommend

Can't make an appointment cause no one picks up the phone, even if I call a little bit after 8am or before an hour of closing time. It's not the doctors fault but must have the staff in check, the reason I try to call or comeback to Dr Evelyn Gomez cause how attentive she is. But her staff is making it hard to be her patient. By the way I'm reading the reviews, it shows that there's one BAD apple there that's ruining that office for them.
