Samir shows little concern for the welfare of his patients. His primary focus, along with his office staff, appears to be on insurance reimbursements rather than providing quality care. He is notoriously difficult to contact, making it challenging for patients to reach him when needed. Dr. Azzam gives the highest level of care to all his patients.
As a doctor he is a great doctor but its very hard to reach him to his office stuff rude and don't do their jobs after 2 months appointments they call you to cancel it and give you another two months claiming the Dr is out state and when you insist and refuse you find out that the Dr still in the state and comes that day , why they postponed your appointment you don't kno! Also when you call the office they really answer the phone I stayed three days calling to answer me
The nurse practitioner, Naroush (?) was the order of the day. She was very thorough, detailed and asked questions with genuine concern, great bedside manner. A little understaffed but not much noticed. Professional most of the time. The front office girl was the only one handling phones and walk up patients with steady hand and grace. Dr. Azzam is caring, kind and knowledgeable of different treatment modalities. He listens and provides an expert opinion.
The office staff is very rude. When you call to make a appointment you can never get one. And if you need referrals you never know when they come in. Because no one in the office bothers to call you.
Dr Azzam is great but his office staff is horrible. When you call the office the first thing they say “Can you please hold” and you wait for 15 -30 min before anybody picks up . The office manager Jose is the most rudest “nurse” I’ve ever met. He has no people skills or etiquette. He’s condescending and you can tell he’s a narcissist . Him being the manager explains why and how the staff are the way they are. He’s not fit to be a leader and most of all the fact that he is an LVN is shameful!!!
I have been coming to Dr. Azzam for many years, and have been very satisfied with his care & services. He always makes feel comfortable when discussing my health and well being. His office is clean and organized.. overall I am very happy that I chose Dr. Azzam as my PCP.
Dr. Azzam is an excellent doctor. He is very attentative and helped me through many problems. His office and waiting room were clean and made me more relaxed and comfortable while waiting to see him. He took his time during the appointment and made sure I understood how to take better care of my health. Really a great doctor.
