Gala, I am so sorry that your daughter did not have a great experience at AzzA. She had originally came in wanting to lighten her hair back to her natural color which is considered a color correction due to the fact that the stylist had to pre lighten the hair to remove existing color. She was told it could take a few visits for her to reach that color that she desired but that we would try our best to get the closest we could during that visit. I love Azza! Morgan has done such a great job whether it is cutting or coloring my hair! I haven't been to anyone else since I've gotten my hair done here. Definitely would recommend Azza to anyone! I've had such great service and I've never been disappointed each time I go!
