I called the office to make a new patient appointment and sat on hold for a few minutes which i didn’t mind. The person answered the phones i said hi how are you? it went silent. I said hello? the person said hello i said hi how are you then it went silent again. Normally i wouldn’t make it a huge deal but it’s my first time at the office and the person on the phone was rude. Please teach your receptionists to be kind.
If I could give zero stars to this office I would! I have been contacting the office since the beginning of the month that disability is requesting more information. Now it is 4 days that the information is needed to be submitted and I get the run around. Kendie Castillo’s assistant tells me she will call me back and never does. Now they are jeopardizing my disability claim from possibly being denied because no one does their job to get the information to disability.
