I went to the Neptune location as a new patient. Office is clean, convenient location, Dr DeCunzo was wonderful. The medical assistant Essence was very nice as well. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
I went to AZZ today for the 1st time. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office. I met Sonia, medical assistant, she was lovely, patient & knowledgeable. I then met with my new dr..Dr Kendie castillo. If I could I'd give her 10 stars. She was patient, thorough, very nice & VERY knowledgeable. I feel so blessed that I found this practice & dr castillo! 10 **********
I’m not even a patient and the guy answering the phone, who I can’t understand, is not answering my question. He wants me to make an appointment. I want to know what the Rhumatologist’s names are. Then he says a name so fast that I couldn't get it.. This is not the type of place I want to seek help from.
I had a fantastic experience at AZZ Medical Associates! The staff is incredibly kind and creates a very welcoming environment. It's especially great that the receptionist speaks Spanish, which is perfect for bilingual or Spanish-speaking individuals like my mom. Kendie Castillo, Nurse Practitioner, may only be available two days a week, which is a bit unfortunate, but she's absolutely wonderful.
