While checking out, we accidentally left a grocery bag on top of the front desk. After realizing this, we called the hotel twice to inquire about it. On both occasions, we were told that no bag had been found. We politely asked if the security camera footage could be reviewed to verify what happened, but the manager refused and stated there was “no reason” to check since, according to him, no bag had been left. Not as expected from the other reviews. The staff was great. They were friendly and quick to help. The room on the other hand, not so great. The carpet had a big red stain by the mini fridge and little glitter pieces by the beds. The walls had little pieces of who knows what scatted on them. The bathroom wall and tub had red marks. The room had an oder like a litter box. The hot tub was closed for service.

Este hotel me gusta mucho, pero desafortunadamente la atención al cliente no fue amable más bien diría que la señorita que me atendió el sábado 01-17-2026 por la noche fue hostil y grosera… Lastima me gusta mucho este lugar pero no volveré a visitarlo…
