Today 10/21/2018 is Mother's day in Argentina. I usually use Azultel to call my family, but this time they really let me down. I have tried several time to call my Mother and Azultel's access number are down, they customer service is horrible. You call them and they ask you to hold online and after few seconds the call is dropped. They lost me as a customer I guess they don't care about people trying to reach their families in such important date. I will buy a calling card and call my family from now on.

Ladrones! Eso es lo que son. Y lo más lamentable es que las autoridades de este país no hagan nada para sacarlos de circulación.

This company should be investigated for fraud. After years of reliable service, this company has apparently shut down and run away with hundreds of thousands of dollars belonging to loyal customers. Their long distance service numbers do not work, they do not answer their main customer service lines, and their Sunbiz registration has been disolved. Azultel ya va ser 1 mes que no funciona yo llamo diario a Perú y ahora no puedo..la linea de llamada directa suena ocupado todo el tiempo... La línea de customer service nunca hay nadie disponible para q te atienda...el email de customer service nadie responde y yo todavia tengo un crédito de $30 porq hace poco recargue...terrible...mu mamá todos los dias intenta porq necesita hablar con mi tia y nafa...la pobre anda depremida porq llamaba diario y ahora nadie da razon de nada es injusto.
