Very quiet location even though it’s on a main road. We stayed in the Fontana room which is on the first floor, and easy access to the pool. Room and the entire facility were very clean. Adult only was a huge plus for us. Bed was very comfortable too.
Smallish rooms, but it was comfortable. Good bed, shower, and bathroom. There is no check-in desk - everything is done by email or text; however, getting our keys and into the room was easy and seem less. The pool and surrounding area is well maintained and clean.
We stayed for a long weekend during the Conch Republic celebration. Check in was SUPER easy and the innkeeper was helpful and kind. He answered all our questions and was quick to respond to texts. The pool was DARLING and the rooms were clean and cozy. This place had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and my husband (who never sleeps) snored the night away all three nights.
