OMG run don't walk. My child and I have been harassed since 12/2017 when we moved in by the downstairs pot smoking neighbor. Management has done nothing about it. My front door has been messed with, my car has been vandalized. I've called the police many times and still the management continues to allow them to bully us. If anything should happen to us, look to the management and the downstairs tenant in apt #1202. The best apartment complex that I had ever experienced! Went in yesterday for a tour and was greeted with a flower by the manager Kelley. The staff at azul were very helpful and sweet. The floor plans look amazing. And they are running a really good special! I will definitely be back to turn in my application today. This is definitely a place I would love to call home!
Roaches have been a huge problem. Loud parties, overflow of dumpsters that makes it look trashy etc. Poor service and communication. Cannot wait to move.
The management team here is awesome! They are very personable and responsive. They engage with the residents, and have pretty cool contest and cook offs to earn money off your rent! Maintenance is very fast and thorough. I haven't had to make repeat request, because he gets it done right the first time. You will love this place, I know I do.
Well I must say that the New team that they have brought in is EXCELLENT! I have been here a year and I plan on renewing my lease since we have people who care now. I have gone into the office several times since they got here and what do I see the same people! Friendly and when I asked to have a repair done it was done the same day....Really the same day this didn't ever happen before. The pool has been opened and beautiful and there is gas in the grill. This is a great place to live and they are offering jaw dropping move in specials. Their pool is dreamy and the maintenance is unbelievably fast. I am happy to be here.
People at the office is always nice and helpful but sometimes they take long to come to your place and repair stuff, about people who lives at the complex they are the laziest people I ever seen they shout the door every time they get in their apartment also stomp their feet like nobody lives under people don't have consideration of others, at the basketball court it's crazy, it's Too loud, kids outside are always with no supervision and they scream a lot!!
