We are extremely happy with our new home here at Azul. Kelly the manager was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The maintenance man has been just as helpful with anything we’ve needed and is very prompt. The property is very well kept and beautiful. The neighbors are great as well too. Very quiet and relaxing. We love our new home!
I have lived in many apartments and this is one of my favorites , the property is pretty and maintained nicely , the pool is clean and opened all year . I have not had to deal with the staff much but they have always been helpful . The contests and parties are really fun , I've met some nice people at the events . 👍

As a resident, I’m surprised to read the experiences of other renters. The staff has been great! I enjoy the contest and events they host to make us feel like a community. The pool sold me on moving here. I’ve met other neighbors and our kids love hanging out there.
Trust the reviews! Everything I read from the horrible office staff ethics and the property was definitely true. I took a chance anyway and should have gone with my first instinct. There are definitely better communities all around, go anywhere else instead!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!
The apartments aren’t awful but their parking and trash sucks. Tenants have 3-4 cars and park them without moving for months, after complaining nothing changed. There is only one dumpster and it overflows about once a week (see photo). Also someone threw up on the second to bottom stair and it’s been there for about 2 months not cleaned up (photo). We never had issues in the office until moving out but if a friend were asking where to live it wouldn’t be our first choice.
Everything has been wonderful since the beginning! Maintenance is always fast to fix and management are always professional and helpful. The property is clean and cut and there is always parking. The pool is crystal clear plus open all year around. I will definitely sign another years lease! Plus if there are things that bother you as in trash because of neighbors or dog waste, take a picture of the trash or the owner not picking up the waste send the pic to management and they will be fined, easy as that.
