Live Music – I love the live music at azucar the band is absolutley wonderful, the music makes you have to dance. The place gets crowded so you have to get there early. There is nothing better then live music when you are partying. There is a Dj that plays other music in the back lougne but give me the live stuff for sure. son de kali/azucar keep up the great music.
Love the Free Salsa Lessons – Monday nights are a blast i went ot the free salsa lessons and had such a great time. you dont need a partner just come and have some fun and learn some steps great excersize will be back soon.
Great night out – The hubby took me out to dinner at azucar, we had not been on a date in months you know how it is when you have kids. The place was amazing. I loved the decor. The food was very good I had the salmon with a cream sauce they hubby had shrim in a butter garlic sauce neither one of us has had a mojito so we went with the signature drink of the house and were surprised at how good they are. Our server made sure we had everything we needed which helped make our night out a success.
Saturday Night Sexiness – Fellas if you are looking for a great place to dance,praty, drink and have a great time head out to Azucar on a weekend night. The ladies are sexy and ready to dance and have fun. The drinks are cold and refreshing I know they are known for the mojito but if you are like me a love a cold beer you wont be disappointed you have to come in ready to party and have a good time. The back lougne is the place to be.
Thursday Night Happy Hour – Wow its happy hour all night long, came in for happy hour and found out that its happy hour all night long, great for me cause I was there with some co workers and we had a ball the drinks were $3.00 and the tapas were around the same price so its a win win for all.
Night with Hubby – The hubby and I went out last weekend and ended up here. The music was good in both rooms ( one offers a live band playing music to salsa to - the other has a dj mixing old school dance tracks, Latin, hip hop, house, etc). My passion fruit mojito was delish and the atmosphere was pretty good. We didn't stay out late because we had an early morning, but we left saying we definitely planned on returning!
If you like to dance – Azucar is the place to be on a Friday or Saturday Night if you like to party and dance make this your first stop. The music it hot you can either dance of live music or if you like more of a mixture of music check out the back lougne were there is a great dj playing lots of danceable music. There is also a full bar so if you get thristy you wont have to travel far. The crowd is full of good people that come to dance and have fun.
Karaoke Krazy Kool – If you love to sing like I do you have to run down to Azucar on Wednesday Nights for Karaoke Night it is so much fun, So many songs to choose from both in English and Spanish wow if you sing like Selena or Luis Miguel or you sing like me dont miss out on this mid week fun fest.
If you like some kick to your food – You have to try the filete a la jalapena oh my goodness this is the bomb. So very tasty. I really loved this dish just enough kick for me, with an ice cold drink this is the best, The server was very helpful in suggesting that I try this dish. I will surely come back for more of the menu and some of the actitivies that anna explain that happen throughout the week.
