Aztec Brewing Company is one of the oldest breweries in the region that was formerly established in the year 1921. The brewery was closed but later relaunched in Vista by John Webster 2008. They have a selected variety of beer on tap that includes Macaroon Nut Brown, Aztec Amber and seasonal ones like Bruja Baya, Black Raspberry Saison and many more. They also host musical events performed by local artists every Friday and Saturday.

Went two weeks ago and loved it! Went tonight, loved the music-amazing singer! Unfortunately the girl that served us acted very disinterested in waiting on us. We love to be educated in a brewery's beers, introducing us to their beers, how they differ from other breweries and look forward to an overall great experience. Being put off right away was disappointing. Rarely get a night out so don't think I'll go back there. Looking to try another place next time.

Wow! Nancy Benschoter Kozak I am surely sorry about that. We try to be right on it and of course my favorite thing is to talk your ear off about how special our beer is and how awesome our brewer is. I do hope you'll give us another chance. Be sure to ask for me - Claudia - and I will treat you right. But we will see what we need to do to make sure our staff is right on it too. We love our customers. And always want their experience to be the best possible.
Great place. They played old school records for us. Led Zeppelin on vinyl. Yea
