Aztec Brewing Company is one of the oldest breweries in the region that was formerly established in the year 1921. The brewery was closed but later relaunched in Vista by John Webster 2008. They have a selected variety of beer on tap that includes Macaroon Nut Brown, Aztec Amber and seasonal ones like Bruja Baya, Black Raspberry Saison and many more. They also host musical events performed by local artists every Friday and Saturday.

We had a great time! Friendly/ knowledgeable staff, rad variety of beer, and great atmosphere!
Great service and some tasty beer! Food was awesome and live music rounded out the afternoon! Looks like a great local hang out! Everyone was friendly.
