Dr Azhar is wonderful I am happy to be coming to her. She has gotten me on the right track ,I have never felt this good in long time . She put me on the right meds . I cant thank her enough , I would recommend anyone to her she is the best .
Dr. Azhar is amazing. I've been seeing her ten months. The first time I saw her, I was having a panic attack that was ongoing for a month and a half. I wasn't eating, sleeping, and just couldn't think clearly. She listened to me and gave me advice to help me get better without antidepressants or any extreme medications. She prescribed me anxiety medication and continued to see me every few weeks. Each time I saw her, I followed her advice and as weeks passed my anxiety lessened. I’ve been seeing Dr. Azhar for over a year now. Prior to that I was a patient in the county mental health system in which my doctor was an automaton who did little listening and a lot of medication increases. I cannot believe the stark contrast in doctors after finding Dr. Azhar! Dr. Azhar is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, empathetic and takes time to listen! Dr. Azhar, has been my psychiatrist for a very long time. She is so very knowledgeable about psychiatry and medications. She really keeps studying and learning to always be up to date. She does not over medicate her patients just gets them the right amount to lead a normal and fullfiling life. She is not a doctor that changes meds because it's the latest but uses meds that work for each individual person and keeps you on the same meds when the meds work for you. She is great.
Such an amazing psychiatrist! I’ve been seeing her for a year and she’s helped me so much. Provided me with the correct medications and helped get my life back on track. Sometimes the wait is long but it’s worth it to see such a great doctor.
Wonderful, had to wait but thats the new normal with all drs and Dr Azhar is worth the wait. She gives excellent advice, listens to the details and always makes sure to listen to any concerns. She absolutely loves to hear about accomplishments and rejoices with you. She is my cheerleader and goal setter.

No personality whatsoever. If you have an appointment you better be prepared to wait several hours to be seen. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Dr. Azhar has been amazing. She listens, talks and spends time with her patients. If you want someone that just writes prescriptions and sends you away don't go to her. She is thorough. She is a very good psychiatrist
