I’ve given this office the benefit of the doubt for too long. 4 out of 5 times my medication has been called into my pharmacy incorrectly. And because it goes through my insurance, it cannot be corrected. I’ve never waited for less than 45 minutes for my scheduled appointments, and 90% of the time the answering machine is full. So not even the option to leave a message. I’m not sure when their lunch starts, but it ends at 1:30pm, and they close by 5.
