clean, friendly, not too crowded I went here a couple of years ago for a hair cut. The staff is friendly and did a good job. I had a simple cut though, nothing fancy. The store is clean and in the heart of downtown, so your spouse can wander around while they wait for you. Only reason I haven't gone back is that I've found a place closer to home.
The worst hair experience of my life I should have walked out by the way she touched my hair - tentatively not confidently. I expect a colorist to use some of their expertise with my hair, not have me make every decision by looking at samples. I expect a stylist/colorist to be professional enough to know what will work on a particular type of hair. I was not happy with the color and I HATED the cut.
