Unprofessional staff. Quality service has gone down significantly.
I'm very disappointed today. 😞 I had been referred by my doctor to come here for my foot, of course. And the first appointment was fine, no complaints. Second appointment I went for my appointment at 3:15 and didn't get called till 5! I had to reschedule because I couldn't stay any longer for personal reasons. I understand that if they had one to many patients, I would've rescheduled way earlier if they had told me the wait time. For I had somewhere to be. I originally gave this company a rough review but I am taking it back. I think I probably would have lost my two big toes if it wasn't for the excellent care that I have received from Dr. Azar and his wonderful staff. I originally complained about the wait time but they are worth the wait. They really help and care for their patients.
