My mother has health and vision insurance but they still made her pay $65 and told her she could send the receipt to her vision insurance to get her money back. The vision insurance won't refund her money because Azar Eye Clinic didn't bill her for the actual eye exam that they did to her. That doesn't seem right to me. I wonder how many people this happens to? That's not right at all. That sounds like some kind of fraud to me possibly. I do not recommend them for business.

Waiting an hour later after your schedule appointment super hot made all there patient sweat said ur next to be called but 5 patients go in after don’t recommend sorry but I rather go somewhere more breathable longest wait for an eye appointment!
Tried to call to ask if they accepted walk ins and I didn’t even receive a moment to ask. There was not a warm welcome. As soon as she answered, “Can you hold?” And before I could speak she put me on hold. No wonder the bad reviews. Not a good first impression.
Been to all of the eye clinics in Lafayette LA and by far the professionalism and friendliness of the staff is awesome compared, I have become good friends with most of the staff there and would recommend Azar eye clinic over all the others ive been to

My husband had appointment this morning for exam, staff was very friendly. Was in and out within an hour. Dr. Sicard was very professional, informative and very nice. I would highly recommend Azar Eye Clinic. All around a great experience.
They are TERRIBLE, don't find yourself in a place of desperation and think ANYONE will be concerned or interested in aiding your visual needs. Do yourself a favor and seek your eye care health elsewhere.
