Azar Eye Clinic has been my go- to clinic for years. I had to leave due to change of insurance and while back and couldn’t wait to move back! The front Staff, the Nurses, the Doctors and the Optical Shop are all top notch! Highly suggest for excellent patient care and ease of getting appointments!
My doctor referred me to this clinic, but my experience has been very disappointing. Linda initially contacted me and left a voicemail, but after I returned her calls for three days in a row, I never received a callback. No one helped me schedule my appointment or followed up with me. Very frustrating experience.
Staff always friendly, knowledgeable and ON TIME. The docs are everything but ON TIME! Not recommended for working people. 7:40am appointment. Pulled to the back and worked up almost immediately. Doc didn't walk in the room until 8:25am for a visit that literally took 60 seconds😐
I had an 8:50 appt. I live 60 miles away. Road construction delayed me, so I called and told them I was very close. The receptionist says I have a 15 minute grace period. At 9:05 I was at the admission window. The receptionist(there were like 4/5 of them) called to the back and the doctor says I would have to reschedule. I told her don't bother.
