Told me I could come back for 2 more rounds of IPL at the Groupon rate if I book directly with them, so I did. I get there and they tell me it is full price! Never returning
I had a disappointing second experience here. I initially spoke with a rep online to book a facial, and they asked for a $100 deposit. I hesitated since many places don’t require this, and they assured me it was fine and confirmed my appointment without the deposit. However, when I showed up on time the next day, the front desk told me I was only scheduled for a consultation—not the actual treatment—and tried to push back my session. The staff seemed disorganized and inconsistent in communication.
Love the results of the IPL laser. Sofie is sweet, easy to talk to and makes sure you are comfortable during your procedure. It's really helped to lighten my dark spot melasma areas. Maria at the front desk always checks me with a great friendly attitude. I'm definitely returning to keep the results I want.
I have received 5 IPL treatments with Sofie and she is very kind and has completely changed my skin reduced redness smooth texture and lightened my brown spots I highly recommend
Clean office and friendly staff. I had a Groupon for an IPL facial and Sofi made me feel comfortable and explained the procedure. I’m excited to go back and see my results.
