Hands down the best community I've lived in. It's not overrun by college students and is well maintained. The staff is amazing and always ready to help and communicates with residents regularly. It feels like a true community, my partner and I have renewed our lease here once already and plan to do so again as they really make sure your rent doesn't go to waste here! My husband and I have lived in several apartments throughout Tallahassee and have always moved because of issues within the complex. Rent hikes, incompetent management, terrible maintenance, pest issues, unkept communities, the list goes on. We are extremely happy to say that Azalea Place exhibits NONE of those issues. Thank you for giving us a wonderful home! We are extremely happy here and recommend this apartment wholeheartedly!
My time at Azalea Place has been wonderful! From the welcoming atmosphere to the caring staff, they've made sure we feel at home and comfortable. There’s always something fun happening, like the monthly food trucks and events, which make it even more enjoyable. I’m so thankful for the experiences and memories made here!
Great place to stay. Wonderful team. They have events and giveaways. I have never stayed at a place that cared so much about its residents. Tallahassee needs more places like this gem.
