Really bad costumer service. Bad attitude and rude. I called to get price for gold and silver and I was treated really poorly. Won’t recommend prices way over the rest as well.

Horrible customer service. I arranged to have a silver jesus pendant made. I described amply wanting the piece to be solid not hollow. I also said I would like it to be highpolish no stones or diamond cuts etc. Very basic I approved a wax casting and said to proceed. My first red flag was I asked if it could be reduced slightly and was told no the cast is one we have pre-made and to make it smaller would require a new mold/ redesign. I agreed and said proceed.
