I got the part, but dealing with this company was a nightmare. They know they’re the only ones with hard to find Workhorse parts, and they use it against you. First off, the only person you can speak to is Carlos, and he acts like he’s doing you a huge favor by answering the phone. He is the least helpful person in a parts house I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve been doing mechanical work for 40 years. awhile back I ordered a used Precisiontemp twintemp water heater from yall. we have some shipping issues that worked out, BUT, I have install the unit and it is working great. Thank you for having maybe the only unit left in the free world...haha, I did have to replace the main power switch but had one on old unit. Again, thank you and your team for dealing with a grouchy old man. I will be scanning your parts listing looking for any other items needing upgrading in our RV.

Having trouble getting service or parts for your RV? This is the place for you! Had my RV breakdown recently and roadside assistance tried to send me into a rather sketchy situation. Thankfully, the tow driver suggested RV Yard for my older class A. Dropped it off at night.
