Professional and Very Neat – I recently met AZ Air Conditioning & Heating at their exhibit at the Costco. We set up an appointment for a free estimate at my home the following week. We recently purchased a home needing a new HVAC unit, and knowing little about how to purchase a unit or how to choose a reliable contractor, I turned to friends and then to the internet to educate myself before AZ Air Conditioning & Heating arrived. Professional Job – When my home's fifteen-year old Bryant 5-ton AC Furnace split system needed replacement, I requested estimates from three HVAC businesses in the area that received excellent reviews on Angie's List. AZ Air Conditioning & Heating was one of them. I used to be a maintenance supervisor at an elderly apartment complex so I do know a few things in the field. Really Appreciated – " AZ Air Conditioning & Heating did a fantastic job repairing my AC in the middle of the heat wave. My AC compressor broke in the middle of the afternoon and they were at my condo an hour later to inspect. After the repair, AZ Air Conditioning & Heating followed up with a phone call that same evening to make sure the AC is working properly. Favorably Impressed – AZ Air Conditioning & Heating sold my wife and I a new gas furnace on Tuesday and promptly installed the furnace the next day. That is a remarkable convenience. Earlier today, I had a phone conversation with their Service Manager. I told him that I was favorably impressed by the two service men who installed our new furnace. They were very polite. Not have asked for better service – I could not have asked for better service, consideration for a perfect job, no mess remaining, even added blue board and matched paint when it had been marred to do the job. If there was a choice of six stars I would give them to this company for their honesty, information, and reliability. They stuck to their estimate though I suspect the job took more time than they could have anticipated when the estimate was made.

Without Reservation Excellent in Every Way. – AZ Air Conditioning & Heating installed new central air conditioning in my apartment and did a fine job. All of my dealings with them were friendly and timely. They worked hard to get the job done well and to make sure I was satisfied. They Really knows their job – Called AZ Air Conditioning & Heating on a Sat. morning for a problem I had with my Furnace. AZ in Conejo Valley - Best Air Conditioning Company – AZ Air Conditioning & Heating installed a multi-zone ductless split system in my 1870s house in the conejo valley. Although I was considering high-velocity to avoid visible duct-work, I am grateful to AZ Air Conditioning & Heating for discussing the pros and cons of the various systems and convincing me that ductless was a better option for my house.
