the only reason me and my parents come here is because of how nice and good Dr. khan and the other Drs are to us. but the receptionist is extremely unprofessional and rude. the other day my dad went in alone and was trying to explain to her what he needed but she decided to shut the glass reception window on him just because she chould not understand him. That was not professional what so ever. by the way they never answer the phone so we have to literally come in to make a simple appointment.
**yet another negative post** I'm pretty sure they have blocked a patients number simply because I refused to remove my post about the negelegance of the front office staff. Is that even something that is legal? Especially if you are providing care and medicine for a condition that needs regular treatment and testing. I attempted to schedule an appointment and had an unprofessional experience with the clinic’s receptionist. After multiple unanswered calls on January 20, I received a voicemail on January 22 at 12:59 PM instructing me to call back after 2:00 PM. When I did, I later received a dismissive voicemail implying I needed to speak “like a grown adult.” Patients should be treated with respect. I would not recommend this clinic.
Excellent Doctors, have been coming to them for the past 3 years. But man is it hard to get my prescriptions refilled. I have been calling since last week and been leaving VM and nothing (mind you this my BP medication). No one answers the phone! I called during business hours and it says “office is closed”
