Disappointed with Communication & Front Desk Experience I recently attempted to schedule an appointment at AymCare and had a frustrating experience. After calling multiple times with no answer, I left a voicemail that was never returned. I then walked in to the office to follow up in person. the only reason me and my parents come here is because of how nice and good Dr. khan and the other Drs are to us. but the receptionist is extremely unprofessional and rude. the other day my dad went in alone and was trying to explain to her what he needed but she decided to shut the glass reception window on him just because she chould not understand him. That was not professional what so ever. by the way they never answer the phone so we have to literally come in to make a simple appointment.
**yet another negative post** I'm pretty sure they have blocked a patients number simply because I refused to remove my post about the negelegance of the front office staff. Is that even something that is legal? Especially if you are providing care and medicine for a condition that needs regular treatment and testing. I attempted to schedule an appointment and had an unprofessional experience with the clinic’s receptionist. After multiple unanswered calls on January 20, I received a voicemail on January 22 at 12:59 PM instructing me to call back after 2:00 PM. When I did, I later received a dismissive voicemail implying I needed to speak “like a grown adult.” Patients should be treated with respect. I would not recommend this clinic.
