La doctora Claudia Castano es una excelente profesional. Ella ha sido mi Dra por años, estoy muy contenta con ella. El personal medico, enfermeria, laboratory y oficinas son excelentes. Muchas gracias
14 days for a referral. Can't get medicine needed to stop seizures they said I need to see neurologist. Medication is out. Hopefully my gf doesn't have a seizure and bust her head on the counter or something. Not like this place cares.
The doctors here are excellent, but the front desk experience has been extremely disappointing. Reaching anyone by phone for scheduling is nearly impossible. During one visit, the reception window was closed, lights were off, and when it finally opened, the receptionist was focused on her child instead of assisting patients. When I asked for her name she even closed the window abruptly, . The lack of professionalism and willingness to help ultimately led me to switch doctors.
I want to share my experience with Ayman care… first prior to going I read the reviews and I was a bit anxious! BUT I went in being me and knowing that everyone’s is different and no one has the same shared experience in life! I’ve been seen at the clinic on 3 different occasions, they’ve always been timely, courteous, and accommodating! I only left one star so I could warn others to RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! Never confirmed my appointments, never got established because "ma'am that's your fault. It was on Tuesday", well ya told me Wednesday when appointment was made. Then more rude ass comments.
