I attempted to schedule an appointment and had an unprofessional experience with the clinic’s receptionist. After multiple unanswered calls on January 20, I received a voicemail on January 22 at 12:59 PM instructing me to call back after 2:00 PM. When I did, I later received a dismissive voicemail implying I needed to speak “like a grown adult.” Patients should be treated with respect. I would not recommend this clinic.
Excellent Doctors, have been coming to them for the past 3 years. But man is it hard to get my prescriptions refilled. I have been calling since last week and been leaving VM and nothing (mind you this my BP medication). No one answers the phone! I called during business hours and it says “office is closed”
**unfortunately another update** I kid you, not. This is how I have to get the office to refill my prescriptions. They don't answer the office phone. They don't return voicemails. I shouldn't have to do this to get my medications. I used to love this office when PA KUSHUM POKHOREL was here. I was always able to get appointments when needed and never had any trouble getting sick visits until the past few months where it’s impossible to get an appointment less than 2 weeks away! You advertise your an urgent care yet when I’m sick I’m told to find somewhere else to go because they have no space for me. This isn’t a Dr that cares for his patients. The rude woman who scheduled and cancel the appointments to the patient is really rude and obnoxious. Today morning at 9 o’clock i called Ayman care in North Richland to fix the referral letter for my insurance she was really nervous and she got mad she doesn’t know how to talk with the patient and suddenly she hang out the call and i tried to recall she didn’t answer. Please i want to talk to someone who is in charge i have to report her .
