It is so refreshing to have free water available as you enter the foyer on a hot day. Staff was accommodating of my needs. Lovely venue for entertainment or special events.

We went to look at booking a high tea. As recommend, we liked, we booked. Staff were very welcoming
We have been to Valentines Day at Ayres House for the last 4 years and in the last 3 years have come away from the experience happy. 2026 Valentines was a joke, sterile room with uncomfortable cheap furniture, zero atmosphere, background music was on and off, the poor rose on the table was dehydrated and limp, with most ladies leaving without taking their rose, the staff were polite and tried to be accommodating but the room was severely under staffed, mostly 1 person trying to serve food and drinks to 12 couples.
