I LOVE THESE GUYS. I BRING MY COMPUTER IN FOR ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS AND JORDAN COMES OUT AND OFTEN FIXES IT ON THE SPOT FOR FREE. I DON'T ASK FOR THAT OR EXPECT IT BUT I SURE DO APPRECIATE IT WHEN HE DOES IT. THEY ALWAYS FIX MY PROBLEMS AND I NEVER HAVE TO RETURN IT FOR THE SAME THING. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
Took my laptop in because it wouldn't boot up. AYCH technician said they would run a diagnostic and let me know what the problem was. I was sure it was going to cost me to get it repaired. They called in less than an hour and said my laptop was ready for pickup. At first, I was upset because they didn't let me know how much it was going to cost. To my surprise, I was told there was no charge. They said the issue was minor. I am sure I would have been charged at other locations. Honesty is very important.
Really didn’t seem to be organized or sure about what they had and didn’t have to help.
the circumstances in retreiving the data in my case were unique because the motherboard was damaged and impeding the connection to the solid state drive and it turned out also being not an authentic samsung(would never have guessed, it was still boss 4yrs running[gracias!]) but so with replacement parts not fitting for to extract the data on-screen, Jack, the owner, worked patiently with me for quite some time(what a guy) and eventually the data was retrieved and transferred onto an external drive that I brought in. plus bec... read more
