Outstanding service with one minor /major flaw that should be rectified. When I arrived for my cleaning , the front desk looking at the computer with my profile, should have immediately told me that my insurance would not pick up the cleaning. How would you like to pay for this service? I would have had the option rescheduling the appointment or paying. When the service was done I was told that my insurance was not covering the cleaning. I usually have a nice time at this dentist office. I was taken to the back on time. I had the absolute best hygienist in the whole world. I like the little sample bags she gives me before I leave. I like how they have all of my insurance insurance on file and it makes paying and leaving fast and easy.
Beck Dental Center is always great! Friendly staff and fantastic dentist!
