I booked Dr. Goswami for an infected big toe (due to a suspected ingrown nail) the day prior to the appointment. His office called me around 9 am the next day to confirm my appointment and share copay information, which was appreciated. He was very warm and gave options for treating my ingrown toenail (which was HIGHLY appreciated as in-office procedures and I have a rough history).
