Distance from the UT campus is not convenient during the summer or times when the bus system is down! Management had really cute events for residents. If you are facing West, the sunset is very cute. But when moving out, we were charged with $200+ fee since they power washed our carpet. There were no stains, and we were not told in advance. Tried to dispute it too.
We worked with Stu to find an apartment. He listened carefully to our needs and addressed them directly. I would highly recommend Axis West! They don’t treat you like a number. Stu cared about what we needed, asked the necessary questions, kept us updated and called us back with answers.

Emmy in the leasing office was very nice and cordial from the time I spoke with her over the phone to when we drove from Dallas to tour the property. She was very professional and explained everything to me in regards to the lease signing. Austin was also very helpful and helped ensure that all my documents were sent and signed.
