I’ve been getting jerked around by the axis team, regarding returning my deposit check. Despite returning my space in pristine condition and with keys, fobs, etc., he seems to be holding onto / not returning my deposit within a reasonable time frame. First, it’s they dodged multiple requests for information about this matter. This post is not intended to defame or discourage anyone from using the space. I am going to simply share my experience with Axis. First impression of this place was great. When i first engaged with them i made it very clear i would only be in Florida for 3 months, after explaining this to the sales rep he said no problem well do a 3 month deal. come to find out 4 months after i thought it had ended my account was still being charged. If you have never visited before, the space is beatiful, modern and is in an awesome location! I highly recommend Axis to anyone looking to join/become involved in a coworking community. All members and community liaisons are super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Sebastian and Vanessa for all that they do!
