This company doesn't even deserve a single star. Absolutely the worst customer service. They don't respond to phone calls, phone messages, emails, NOTHING!! When I can finally catch them, Cyndi is rude and is a very unhappy person. Matt is full of excuses. The one he uses the most is he was out of town with no service. They won't supply meeting minutes or Financials. Totally at my witts end!

Terrible customer service. They don’t return phone calls, or emails, they hardly ever answer the phone. They have a sign on the door that says they are always closed. Very unprofessional. I have been trying to get in touch with Matt for several days now. I have called twice a day, left multiple messages and sent multiple emails. No response. The lady at the desk was no help at all and was really rude.

Axis Management LLC, should be banned from doing business in the state of Colorado. They do not perform their duties according to their lease agreement. They do not answer e-mails, phone calls or pay bills on time or not at all. Our HOA (78) units were served a lien on our property, for Axis not paying a contractor for their service. Communication from this property management is horrible -- pretty much non existent. We've owned this condo for 3+ years and have received 1 communication. There have been no HOA meeting notes available. The one communication we received included a budget and request for more money. There has been no accountability to the home owners for the budget or property upkeep.
