Great management at the time Of course living in any apartment complex comes with its pros and cons; after all you are essentially cohabitating with people you don't know. That being said, this community is pretty nice, especially with all the new renovations. The management company with Patty and Andrew as managers, is great. They are pretty understanding and compassionate in listening to any issues, and they are willing to do anything they can (within reason!) to help resolve the issue. Horrible experience The renovations around the complex are nice but the apartments are old and not remodeled. Management is awful. My car got stolen in the parking lot on the security guards watch. Management didn’t do a thing. They didn’t reach out to the security guard on duty and didn’t even care that property was being stolen in there complex. When I spoke to police officer she said that there had been multiple car break ins/robbery reported in this apartment complex. Don’t live here !
DONT RENT HERE It’s looks good to the eye. Remodeled on the outside but a mess on the inside. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! That’s enough in itself! If you have a major problem you will have to go through management and she could give two squats about your problems just your money! The parking lot stays pitch black at night so use a flashlight to get to and from the apartment. They will take their sweet time to resolve because they don’t stay here at night you do! DO NOT RENT HERE Over-priced for filthy,construction site living; awful customer service (Patricia is the absolute worst & most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with); garage door open 24/7 but you still pay $50 for garage parking with NO security; flooding and trash everywhere. And to top it off, they will keep your deposit and provide NO EXPLANATION. They are THAT starved for money! Stay away from Axis at One Pine! They're thieves and incredibly unprofessional.

wouldn't recommend Here is my experience. Since i moved, i have killed more than 150 (one hundred and fifty) german roaches in my apartment. That is for less than 20 days of living. They are everywhere. Kitchen, living room, bathrooms, dining area and etc. Also I've got other problems in the apartment, but they all were fixed in the same day or the day after. DO NOT RENT HERE -one star for location Two positives, one the apt so nice layout, two the location is great. BUT This place is a total rip off! they are overcharging for water. 200 per month is ridiculous for a 2/2 when we are are work/school all day! Then they tried doing parking stickers where we had to give our info to a towing co that has lost its license. They throw in billing expenses in monthly statement to balloon up rent with misc fees. Please rent elsewhere. This place is horrible. Ponds of water fill the parking lot, grounds to enter apts and the potholes are huge craters. I swear a sinkhole is forming under the buildings and/or parking lot. Roaches are out and about and are almost immune to Raid. Building Management is the absolute worse ever. Great Neighborhood This apartment community is great. We have a new management company, so hopefully the amenities will get even better. My daughter loves the vinyl floors which look like wood. The apartment is the perfect size for us. I love the open courtyard layout and walkways of the buildings. The Westfield Broward mall is a couple of blocks away and I have an Einstein Bagel across the street. The commute by car to Ft. Lauderdale is about 25 minutes which is great for me.
