These are terrible people. They pinch every penny and keep to a policy of greed rather than conduct themselves as decent human beings. We rented the building without AC, having been promised they would install the AC unit promptly -- it took them 4 months -- in the middle of summer. Twice we had our water shut off for days on end because THEY did not pay the bill. Our basement flooded and it took them a month to get someone to even look at it. Rob is a joke. He scammed us for 1600 on a property we had a agreement with the owners before they hired him. He is a con artist who cares more about his boy toys and cash scams than the people. Stay far from this joke of a real estate management company or you'll be paying for his boyfriends sports cars and cuff links.
