I have been impressed with Axiom Eco-Pest Control and have been a pleased customer for five years. One technician in particular, Matryal B**** is outstanding. Ammon was very knowledgeable, explained everything in a clear way that made sense. He took time to answer my questions and had a very positive attitude. Even offered to help me with groceries , you won't find better , more knowledgeable service anywhere .

I am pleased with my service, they respond quickly to any and all requests. Very polite and easy to work with. Have used them almost a year now and have never had any problems with their service. Highly recommend them.

I used axiom for approximately 10 months. I signed up for their recommendation of an original treatment and then quarterly treatments after that. I had them come about 4 times in the first month and half, which I expected and was fine with knowing it could take a bit to get things under control. But then as the year progressed, after each quarterly treatment, there was at least one more flare up of ants and I had to have them come back and re-treat. I signed up for a one year program, and told the technician I wanted to stop after that year. They charged me for an additional service that was unwanted, and lo and behold, they require arbitration. Apparently you have to call the office to cancel. I did not even know I was part of an ongoing "service contract" - it was a year ago. So beware of this company with its "you can sign in but you can't sign out" practices.
I just received a call on 9/1/2016, that my next scheduled treatment was coming up. I then explained that I was no longer interested in Axioms services, as I had been battling ants yet again, after they had just been here a couple months back. At this point they said they could come back out to retreat the area, but I explained that would not be necessary, as obviously it hadn't been effective before, so I didn't need more visits.
