Christian was very professional. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions. I have had an extreme problem with ants for years. I have had a number of other companies that have failed to solve my ant problem. Christian has assured me that he is going to do his best to retain my business. So far so good! The technician did a great job. He throughly explained the process and the desired outcome. The marketing and application were great.
Dustin is very professional & thorough. Informed us when he arrived and told what he was treating and where he would treat. Also informed us of treatment impact on humans and pets. Very good communicator. I switched to Axiom four years ago and I'm glad that I did. I've only had one return between normal scheduled treatments in the past four years. I highly recommend them.
