This isn't a legitimate healthcare facility. I called on Monday and asked for the earliest possible appointment for eye health because I need a full eyecare exam for an urgent issue. Their rep told me I was scheduled for Thurs 3pm. When I arrived, I was told that I'm "not even in their system." And their optometrist only works on Mon and Wed. Pharmacy was helpful and quick
May 2nd, I had a dental appointment scheduled which unfortunately I was sick with Nausea and vomiting and thought it would be wiser to call and cancel rather then expose others in a dental facility with my open mouth. I called the morning of and canceled on your message service since nobody answers the phone.
