Fantastic customer service. The roses came out spectacular.
Offered a week ago provide the number to call. Flowers were claimed to be delivered my wife did not receive them did not receive a phone call. I paid extra money for them to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Customer service offered a free delivery date of the 18th. I asked for a full refund it’s going to take up to 10 business days a complete scam
Under new owners horrible place to grab flowers can almost promise you you will not receive the flowers you order most likely gonna be painted and spending upwards of 80$ to get flowers that will die in a day or 2 mind you I was an employee 1s before quit not to long ago they turned this place to a shit show ruined what was once a amazing work place worked there 12yrs you don't just quit for nothing
I am very upset with the order from this florist. I ordered from Shari Berries over a week in advance for my wife’s birthday. It’s was 3pm on day of delivery and I’m chatting with someone from Shari’s Berries/1800FLOWERS that she will receive the order. My wife left her job at 5:30 never received. No call no show. I did receive a text,at 8pm, stating it was delivered. The NEXT DAY (Christmas Eve) she received a phone call to say they had a delivery and they were 2 BLOCKS away.SHE HAD TO GET HER OWN DELIVERY.
