Very disappointed in the service I received. Treated as an inconvenience to the sales guy. I was advised they had my car however they sold it. Advised I was preapproved for my loan however, I was not. An important event buying a new car turned into a very unpleasant experience. I hope your experience is better. The receptionist is very personable and friendly. She should be a sales person.

I bought a 2015 cruze ltz from Axelrod, and I couldn't be happier. The 2 salesmen that helped me [Jerrod and rich] are phenomenal at what they do, and helped me get everything done quick, and I left with no complaints, and 6 months later, still not a complaint! Good job!
Went for my regular oil change and tire rotation. Dorothy greeted me and took care of my check in She always has a smile and warm up greeting as well as keeping me informed on my visit.

Axelrod Buick GMC's Service Department is excellent! Butch & Justin: we can't thank you enough for going above and beyond to fix an issue that even a computer diagnostic wasn't able to detect. Having the car stall is an unsettling feeling, but we greatly appreciate your attention to detail and knowlege by checking every electrical component by hand until the issue was detected. Thank you!
