This was our first experience with Axelrod Buick GMC. We purchased a used car from Richard Dues who was a pleasure to work with.. Richard (and Susie) took care of everything for us and made for a very nice customer experience. Even tho we purchased a used vechicle, they treated us like part of the family and as if we had bought a new one. We'd like to extend our most sincere thanks to Richard and the entire Axelrod team. 2015 marks the 2nd annual event hosted by Axelrod Buick GMC to support the March of Dimes - working together to prevent premature birth, eliminate birth defects and stop all infant death. What a fantastic way to give back, and know $.75 of every dollar given goes directly to the mission.
They completely SCREWED over my husband after we bought a truck and they failed to handle our insurance paperwork and he al.ost lost his license and wouldn't fess up to their negligence! Screw you Axelrod!

Leased a new 2015 Terrain SLE-2 yesterday and worked with the wonderful Steve Cseke! Yes, he's my dad, but it would take more than one hand for me to count the previous customers he introduced me to while I was waiting for things to go through that told me how awesome, respectful, and great he is, and I couldn't agree more! I'm from out of state. My husband just had surgery at Cleveland Clinic; neither of us were planning on my car dying while we were down here! Axelrod got my car into the service center right away, found the problem and repaired it quickly. I was back on the road to be with my husband within a couple of hours. Superb, compassionate service! Highly recommended.
