Very nice to work with.I bought on line and over the phone and all went very well.
Two weeks is a long time to wait for repairs, and another 5 days and counting to call me back is getting ridiculous. When I call I get “we’ll call you first thing in the morning,” which becomes two days later in the afternoon. “We’ll call you Monday” becomes Wednesday and you still haven’t called. Now I’m worried that you’re going to overcharge me on parts (online they’re a fraction of the cost you told me) and labor (is this why you’ve kept it two weeks and won’t call me, so you can milk as many hours as possible?). A great experience. I was looking to upgrade my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and have many criteria. They let me bring in my massage table and put it in the SUV’s I was interested in. Adjusted seats, back and forth for over an hour, and they were patient and helpful. In the end, they helped me get the Buick Envision, and am very confident I made the right choice. Thank you so very much Brett, Brandon, and the Axelrod family! FYI, I have Alexa starting my car!
