Very Helpful & Courteous response.
Prompt reply to my initial inquiry. Volunteered to answer questions about the specific vehicle. Never responded to my e-mail listing my questions. When I called and talked to Rod, he claimed he never saw an e-mail from me.
I spoke to Rod there.He was supposed to take a few undercarrige photos for me but it never happened! Then when i called him back a week later he said he had a buyer today. Thanks Rod !!
Dealer very responsive. It's always somewhat of a gamble buying a car sight unseen. They were very honest about the car. I drove up 6 hours to pick it up. Car was exactly as described by the dealer. Sealed the deal and brought her home. I would definitely do business with Axelrod Auto Outlet again! Thanks Rod.
I had a decent experience with Rod at Axelrod. He responded promptly, and was available when I wanted to come see some cars. I had ZERO big dealership swindling to deal with with Rod, and I loved that. I took a truck for an overnight test drive, and I fell in love with it. As any used buyer should, I brought it to a trusted mechanic and paid for an inspection. Rod had told me he had it looked at, and the truck had new brakes put on but knew of no other issues. Seemed like a good owner! He was helpful & knowledgeable about the car as I drove from Pittsburgh to Wadsworth Ohio to see the car. He allowed us plenty of time to examine the car & test drive the car. I'm not sure what I am going to do in buying this car, but I would not hesitate to use him again if he had another car I was interested in
