Dealer sold the specific vehicle I was looking at online two weeks prior. Vehicle appeared again and so I inquired again, only to be told it was sold. This dealer is using attractive and highly sought after vehicles as ‘click bait’ to get you in the door and then tries to sell you something different.
Business response:
This is 100% not true, every vehicle listed on our website is available for sell and can be purchased online if you do not want to come in the dealership. We deactivate all cars the day we sell them. Sometimes it takes a day or two for them to delete from all the websites. The used car market is very aggressive now and we try to carry popular units. The dealer was nice enough but the car sold before I could get down there to look at it
They contacted us at first. We then asked some accommodation related questions and never received a reply. The truck is still for sale and we are confused by the lack of the courtesy in not getting a response.

We are sorry for the lack of communication. Responding to all emails as soon and as thoroughly as possible is very important. Sometimes the vehicle you are interested in may be sold a couple days before it gets removed from our website. If the vehicle is still in our inventory please let us know if we can help you at this time.
Very impressed with the way I was treated. The car was everything they advertised it to be. Felt they were very honest about everything we discussed.
They were very helpful at Axelrod. The car was not exactly what I was looking for but I was able to learn more about these styles of Corvettes from my visit.
