In way of customer review- we bought an addition to our back yard patio awning that has leaked at the seam ever since it was installed. We have had their people out to correct the issue only to have temporary band aid solutions that don’t last. I suggested they rebate a portion of the good money we spent so we could hire a qualified contractor to repair, but was told the boss would have to inspect it before anything else could be done. Scheduled an appt with Dan to have an awning raised up three feet. One hour before the appt he calls and said it’s not what they do. It’s an awning he had no desire to give a bid to even do another one. Pure lazy if ya ask me.
RecommendedAwnings Unlimited did a fantastic job on my pergola. They were very responsive and followed through. I love spending time on my back patio now!
Ordered the awning and weeks later we had to call to find out what was going on with our order. They called back the next day said they would be out that wendsday about noon waited all day no show then they called that night at the end of the day said they could not do it untill friday around noon. Waited again all day no call from them then one guy showed up an hour before the end of the day for a five hour install. So we cancelled the order got our money back. Awnings Unlimited installed our awning two years ago. On install day they were on time and worked quickly. They installed our awning over an existing deck and it looks great. I highly recommend Awnings Unlimited to anyone looking to have one installed at their home.
The crew that did mine done an outstanding job. I only gave a 4 because there is always room for improvement, however they did do an satisfactory job and I would recommend Awnings Unlimited to others
