In way of customer review- we bought an addition to our back yard patio awning that has leaked at the seam ever since it was installed. We have had their people out to correct the issue only to have temporary band aid solutions that don’t last. I suggested they rebate a portion of the good money we spent so we could hire a qualified contractor to repair, but was told the boss would have to inspect it before anything else could be done.
