Moved on from previous install/takedown awning company that was absolutely horrible, to this one thay has awesome reviews. From the jump, Great communication on everything, especially when takedown in middle of Octobeer would be. 1st time Craig and Alex came to take it down, they worked really fast, explained everything they were doing now, and when they come back to reinstall in spring. Super friendly and nice guys all around. High recommend Awnings by Paul crew!!!

We replaced the original 5/4 PT deck boards with new composite decking. The awning substructure needed to be modified to accommodate the new posts and railing. Derek and his team did an awesome job. He is a true craftsman and perfectionist in making sure every detail was right. They even replaced the old rusted hardware. We highly recommend Awnings by Paul.
Product arrived as ordered. Installation was efficient and well done. Derek and Jay(Jake?) were so pleasant and nice to work with. Initially spoke with Mike who presented what the company would do and provided recommendation for another company to put up/take down since we were out of the service area for awnings by Paul. A great experience with this company and its representatives.
Derek installed my new awning. It is perfect and their work was professional and quick.
