My project involved replacing a 13-ft x25-ft retractable awning. The installation crew showed up earlier than expected. They removed the old awning replaced it with the new awning , as previously ordered. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up afterwards, taking the old awning with them. Looks great.
I had a Sunsetter awning that was at least ten or more years old that needed new awning material and have it converted from manual to electric. I got to pick what color I wanted for my awning and they quoted me a price. I paid half to start and half when finished. They had everything done very quickly. They left everything as clean as they found it. They showed me how the remote worked and were gone. I was extremely pleased. I would give Awnings by Paul my highest recommendation.

I guess common courtesy is reserved for people you actually do business with?
