Matt Paulissen went above and beyond in helping us solving a communication problem very difficult to find. He helped by sending a library of PLC code and by helping to implement it through teamviewer in an effort that took 3 hours. He was patient and very diligent leaving us with the best possible impression. We appreciate.
Top notch customer service. When one of our machines went down we had it back up and running in less than two hours. Only parts house in Houston that had stock on the power supply we needed. Customer service reps had me go from one phone call to picking up in will-call in 15 minutes. A+

I am thoroughly impressed with AWC due to the significant talent and the knowledge they provide for their customers. A primary example of this is Clayton Manchaca, I prefer his skills/advice over Siemens their selves.
