Rented same house for 5 years. Very respectful of my space and time. Would rent from them again!
We have been living in an Award property for 4 years this August. This landlord has worked with us at every turn and pretty much stays out of our hair. When we have had emergency maintenance issues, they have been addressed immediately. When we first found the property, we only had 1 week to move out of our other home, and Award went above and beyond to ensure we had somewhere to live, even coming in on a Saturday to allow us to sign a lease and start moving in. Applied for a rental property on a Wednesday. Dragged their feet over the weekend and 5 days later informed us we had been approved. While they were "reviewing" our app, we found a nicer home at a comparable rate with landlords who are much easier to deal with.
