I am a current tenant with this company, you must be careful about having accidents in their homes as a renter! I have been accused of ignoring them several times now, even though I work from 7pm to 7 am. They do not understand that some people work schedules outside of theirs. I was checking to see why my toilet was running after I came home, when I was placing the lid back onto the tank one end slipped out of my hand and it hit the tank.
