I am a current tenant with this company, you must be careful about having accidents in their homes as a renter! I have been accused of ignoring them several times now, even though I work from 7pm to 7 am. They do not understand that some people work schedules outside of theirs. I was checking to see why my toilet was running after I came home, when I was placing the lid back onto the tank one end slipped out of my hand and it hit the tank. I was a renter many years ago and was frustrated about the manager Amy there. It was always hard to get in touch with her and she was not responsive. They put you on hold for 20 mins and told you they were too busy to help you. I had to find the contact of the broker on my own to resolve the issue. It was my worst experience with realtors.
