WOSRT PLACE EVER! They cut my nails way too short after I told them 5 times to keep them long. They suck at designs. They couldn't do what I asked the 1st first so they drew a heart on my nail instead and it looked like a 3 year old drew it. Went back to ask for a refund and them about what happened and the guy that was there got up and started yelling at us. Interrupting everyone else there getting there nails done. I've never experienced such bad comstomer service. I have gotten my nails done before but this was the worst!... read more
Worst customer service! If you like to get yelled at and not get what you want go here......oh yeah and spend $50 of you hard earned cash!!!
Had wonderful service twice, third time the guy was rude, and ripped my nails apart in a 13 minute gel manicure nail removal and re-do. Painful and disappointing.
Love love love!!! Very nice clean and good customer service come check them out:) lots of colors and packages!!
