Not worth the money. Our spa package didn't include all service features and when I inquired as to why a service wasn't performed in the package I was asked by the front desk person in a condescending tone if I needed to speak to a manager. Like I was the problem because I asked why I didn't receive a service that I paid for. I just left at that point since they were keen on reminding me that they were closing. We recently visited the Awana Spa at RW and did the Fountain of Youth experience. This review pertains only to that experience as we didn't do any other services. Overall, the spa looks beautiful and super clean. The facility appeared well maintained and the locker rooms featured a lot of amenities to get ready after the spa. For the FoY experience itself, I personally didn't feel it was worth $150/person. ’ve been to a lot of spas before. This was by far the most expensive one I’ve ever been to. I paid $282 for my massage with tip. It was ok . For the price I paid. I expected a lot of things that go with Service. For example, there were no towels anywhere to be found throughout the whole time I was there. I had to ask an attendant, which was really hard to find. Once I found out where she was getting them from I just went and got them myself, but other people were asking me where to get them. I get the diamondglow facial. I have been lucky enough to visit every month for the past five months. It has been incredible every time! Aja is the absolute best, cannot say enough about her professionalism! Get to go again in a week and I am thrilled!

Had a great experience at the Awana Spa! The workers were really friendly, the facilities were clean/taken care of, and had a great massage with Natalie! I’d recommend giving yourself at least a couple hours to enjoy all of the facilities! Would definitely consider coming back here again.
