The spa had all the perfect amenities and it was kept clean. The towels, cold towels and refreshments were well stocked. I enjoyed a massage and a facial. Kris, who was my esthetician, did a wonderful job. We were guests of the resort, so when we were finished at the spa, we could retreat to the pools. I wish there was a designed spa pool so one can enjoy the spa all day. There is no return once you exit the spa, fyi. Otherwise, worth it.
My friend tried to book a Mother’s Day spa experience for us and ran into repeated errors during checkout. She selected May 10th, but the system incorrectly booked her for the same day and charged nearly $800. She contacted them immediately, provided confirmation showing the correct date and time, and the issue was reviewed. Literal life changing experience. At this time will NEVER recommend another near-strip destination. My massage was astronomical, plunge pools were so fun and all other amentities well kept and relaxing. Staff as far as I'm concerned is top notch.
