I was really disappointed with the Awana Spa experience, especially considering the price. The spa pass was $150, and then an additional $30 service fee was added, which didn’t make much sense to me considering this was simply for access to the facilities. One of the main features, the salt room, was faulty and wasn’t working at all. The worst experience I have ever had at any Spa in the world. This was supposed to be a relaxing and peaceful experience. Instead, it became a marathon of about 40 minutes in which I walked this place around 5 or six times looking for someone to get help from after waiting for about 30 minutes for my massage, from someone who never showed up. What a horrible experience.
I highly recommend Bruno at the Awana Spa in Resorts World. First, Awana is gorgeous—full-on luxury and a relaxed atmosphere. There are lots of amenities, plus complimentary snacks and beverages. Bruno is a super nice, professional, and highly skilled massage therapist. He listened and focused on the areas I told him were giving me trouble; he also found some spots I wasn’t aware of! I left feeling completely relaxed and would definitely book with him again!
It was my first time getting a massage (and first spa day) and I decided to book the 90 min Moroccan oil Hydration Ritual couples massage. We were pretty disappointed and found that it wasn’t worth it. I was really looking forward to it but didn’t know what to expect. First, the body scrub. WOW! AMAZING! All around a great experience. This was my first time ever coming to a *fancy* spa & everything was perfect. My friend & i both received massages after many days of hiking thru Utah & Arizona. Daria & susan were both incredible . So nice & friendly while professional. We were so relaxed after we barely made it to our dinner reservation! Would definitely come here again on my next vegas trip!
