Customer service, the managers, the ice cream (especially the root beer twist) are what makes this A & W excellent. Family friendly too!
Just bad service. we order four kids meals we received three but got the cheese curds for the fourth just not the burger or the bag with the ice cream coupon. The male server there just needs more practice. The experience was bad the food is always delicious. My kids loved the root beer float coned ice cream.

I ordered a mini corn dog meal. They were frozen yet in the middle and as i went to spit it out I pulled a feather out of my corn dog. How is that possible since it's not chicken I'm unsure but instantly starting to gag and threw the rest away. So I reach for my soda to rinse the tasty taste from my mouth and there Pepsi taste molding. Absolutely worse experience
Open sign was on, hours sign says your open til 11....went there and were told that they were closed. Hmmm.
