WTF is wrong with location? Ordering is a nightmare and I guess you shouldn’t expect to get what you order. I’m surprise A&W corp. has close this location! Yikes!!

I had a negative experience at A&W today but the customer service of the GM Nicholas Stangel completely turned it around. My food order was incorrect and he immediately responded to my review and provided multiple ways to rectify the situation as well as a phone number with a direct line to himself if I had any other questions or concerns. I absolutely recommend this restaurant based on their customer service and dedication to their customers happiness. Thank you so much Nicholas!
